Mark Thornton
Why I built Kablam.
I run businesses on the Gold Coast with trucks, plant and crews on the tools. Software was always the thing that got done last, and it always cost the most for the least.
Every time I saw a competitor with a booking page, a quoting tool or an app that made their customers' lives easier, the answer from developers was the same: a long proposal, a big number and months of waiting. Then the AI builders arrived and the problem flipped. Now anyone can get a clone in minutes, but it is a copy of someone else's work, it does not run anywhere, and nobody will put their name on it.
So I built the thing in the middle. You point at a site you admire, or describe what you want, or sketch it on a whiteboard. You get a written teardown of what it does, you approve it, and a real app gets built for your brand: your name, your words, your database, your source code. Web apps come out in under an hour. Mobile apps go all the way to the App Store and Google Play. And if you want, we keep posting to your socials every week so the thing actually gets customers.
Nothing is copied. That is the rule the whole business runs on, because I have been on the other side of it and I would not want my work lifted either.
It worked for my own businesses first. If you run a business and you are sick of paying agencies for things you could describe in two minutes, I built this for you.
